Description

This is the Fractal North Pi 5 case modified to fit a Pimoroni NVMe base. I also made a different side panel to allow for better ventilation. I have included the original files to make printing easier if you don't already have it. The original can be found here with different part variations: https://www.fractal-design.com/north-pi-3d-files/

 

In order to keep everything lined up the back plate is held in place with only 2 of the 4 screws. The side panel is printed from clear ABS at 100% infill and then vapor smoothed to get as clear an appearance as I could get.

 

You will need:

Screws: - 11x M2.5 threaded inserts, outer diameter 3.5 mm (other diameter will require altering the holes for the inserts) + tools for inserting them.

7 x M2.5x4 (-6) for case assembly

 

Optional:

2 x 40 mm fans (max 10 mm thick). Check the documentation of your specific SBC on what voltage to use
