Belt Clip for Doona Baby Seat

we found it very anoying, that the Doona Car Seat has no posibility to secure the seatbelt so that it will not be stuck under your baby. So I designed a clip, to hold the seatbelt onto the existing fixtures for the accessories. I secured it with a short piece of rope to a hanger that is also placed next to it.

I designed the first drafts very small, which worked also very well but then I decided to make it bigger so that it fullfills the requirement for baby toys (German Norm).

If you are also anoyed by the belt between the baby legs to stuck under your baby you can hold it with a loop from rubberband in the right position without loosing the flexibility it needs (see last picture).
