Description
The insert is an original design.
Included three sizes of inserts to achieve different goals. A taller original version for more space near the lid and two shorter versions depending on which size is best for your needs. 12 mm and 16 mm heights which the 16mm ends up perfect for room at the bottom and tight fit for the top. This will allow for a future custom creation for a fitted Desiccant box for the bottom that is in the works.
Update: As promised a remix of a custom fitted desiccant box for the Bottom of the three ribbed cereal storage container dry box.
I started to work up one from scratch, then I found one that I could do a remix on and modify that offered more then my original plan.

Using the slicer you can custom cut the height of the insert to meet your exact needs. So don't fear if the precut sizes don't quite fit your box.
It is meant to be used as a companion to the 4L Dry Box at:

While using different spool hub assemblies That you can download at the following link:

Only the frames are included in the file. But I encourage you to download the spool hubs from the original creators pages.
You will need:
2 - 608ZZ bearing for the spool hub holder
- If you wish to install the tube connectors use M3 x 6mm screws installing without gaskets, 8mm with gaskets
To more securely attach with nuts then use 10 mm screws.
- M10 pnuematic PTFE tube connector
Most dry box designs utilize either multiple rollers and bearings along with complex prints and assembly.
My goal was to use some that was simple to print and to use. Later I found I had an issue with the spool if not used in the direct upright direction. This simple print locks the bearings into place while providing support to the base to ensure it doesn't slide down or up out of position. It also does this with out requiring additional screws holes on the side like some spool hub boxes use. So for those looking to minimize air leakage, this is a bonus.
