AMS Lite A1 Top Mount - No Tilt Remix

 

This is a ‘’no tilt'' version of the AMS Top Mount for better clearance and aesthetics.

• The angle of the part is still tilted by 5 degree which makes the AMS standing straight.
• The latch is thickened and got crew holes to be reinforced.
• I added foam pads under my Z Axis stiffener to make the whole printer more stabile. I don't like the printed ones.
• Mine works perfectly but use this at your own risk.
• I printed with Bambu Lab - PLA Basic - Light Grey to match the printers main color

Also Add Two M3 screws to the locking mechanism to enhance stability. Idea comes from @orangetech

 

If you already have the original one printed, I still recommend evrything except the big screw because not just the top but every part is different a bit. But if you want you can just print the top to check out if you like it.
