Description

Tiny Gingerbread house cookie cutter including a stamp

Printing instructions:

  • use brim for better adhesion of small parts
  • after printing use a superglue to glue in the handles on back side of stamps

Baking instructions:

  • roll the dough 2-3 mm thick
  • use a cookie cutter - leave in place
  • put in the stamps and press with medium force
  • take out the cookie cutter - leave stamps in place and use those if a cookie cutter gets stuck to the dough
  • take out the stamps - move the shapes to baking sheet
  • OPTIONALY - use a door cookie cutter to cut out the door when already on the baking sheet (if you cut both sides of the house you can use it as a topper on a mug)
  • OPTIONALY - use cocoa powder on a stamp to make the lines more visible

After baking:

  • use royal icing to put the house together
  • first put together walls - leave for a while on a counter to dry and become more firm
  • then put icing on the top edges and put on the roof - leave to become firm
  • decorate the rest of the house - use the stamps as guide or leave natural

Packing the gingerbread house and/or a cookie cutter can make a very nice present before the x-mas season.

This is also my plan and a reason I created this model. :)

Enjoy <3
