Description

Spaghetti portioner based in an iris mechanism.

Simply open all the iris, put the spaghetti inside and move the arm to fit perfectly. The number is the spaghetti portions you have choose. Add or remove until the correct number of portions.

Instructions below.

It's a little tricky to mount, so be patient.

  • All the pieces. The little pivots has been glued as shown in the next picture
  • The pivot has to be glued in the opposite directios as shown.
  • Put the pivot glued into one hole of the marker
  • Continue with the next of the blades that makes the iris mechanism. The first four are easy to put
  • For the two last, you must lift off gently the blades
  • Then you can complete the ring of blades
  • The final result
  • Put the pice with the numbers on top. The number four must match the marker
  • Like this. Next, you must upside down the pieces, trying not to move
  • If there is a pivot that is not in place, try to put it in with a cutter or similar
  • Should be as in the picture
  • Next put the bottom piece (yes, we are mounting upside down) onto it and press to complete. Once tested that it works, remove it again and apply glue
  • And the spaghetti portioner is completed!
