Sci-Fi Magnetic Print Head Cover for A1 & A1 Mini

 

I made a magnetic extruder cover for super-quick change and superduper sci-fi aesthetics.

The nibs at the top of the cover are reinforced and rhyming with the original design of bambu.

I opened up the bottom for a better look and more airflow.

Compatible with the original extruder wheel and also my own wheels that you can find on my page.

Description:

 

You'll need 4 piece W4mm H2mm magnets. (4x2)

I made the file so that it pauses the print and you can insert the magnets for a perfect product.

But you can use the other model, delete the stops and just superglue the magents in.

The ring slids into the front hole to make the shape closer to the original face cover.

 

I printed with Bambu - PLA Basic - Light Grey to match the color of the printer.
