Description

Ive designed this box to be compatible with my rugged box system

you can either attach this unit above or below the other rugged boxes.

you can attach TWO of my medium rugged boxes to either the top or bottom.

To assemble the box you will need:

18x M3 x10 Socket head screws

2x M3 x 20 socket heat screws

2x M3 x 16 socket head screws

Attach the handle to the lid using two M3 x 10 screws, these need to be tight but the handle needs to move freely if it is too tight add washers between the handle and lid.

Attach the two clasps to the front of the case using M3 x 20 screws, these should be inserted with the heads of the screws facing towards the edges of the case.

Connect the hinges using two M3 x 16 screws once again these should be installed with the screw heads facing the edges of the case.

Finally you will need to add the side clasps, these are screwed into the recesses on the top of the drawer unit, place them with the flat side up in the cutout ensuring the holes line up.

Then screw in the 4 M3x10 screws, these thread into the plastic of the main body so be careful not to over tighten them as this would strip out the plastic and cause them to come loose.

repeat for the remaining side clasps.
