  • There is a model with a small handle and one without.
  • The one with the handle may be too bulky to hold in the hand that is why I made one without.

There is also a variation in terms of tolerances between the closest distance between blades

  • 0.3 mm
  • 0.4 mm

If you are confident in the accuracy of your printer and don't anticipate your printing material warping (even if there is a small tab designed to prevent it built into the design), use 0.3mm version

If you want to be on the safe side use the 0.4mm version with the only downside being just a very slightly larger axis of rotation.

Print in this orientation:

Once the print finishes, remove from bed and perform following actions:

  • Remove the 2 tabs by hand or snip the off
  • force the blades together at the bottom to free them from the shaft
  • Spin the shaft by hand a few times to allow the blades to move more freely

Finally, take each blade one by one and expand it. Apply some pressure in case some blades are stuck together like so:

If you want to add color, simply use the paint tool in Bambu Studio to select which layer you want to change color:

Or you can play around with it as you wish.

Happy Printing!
