Track Saw Hose Deflector - with slot for clamp

Designed to push onto the end of a Track / Plunge Saw Track, so that the cable and vac hose don't snag. It is a tight fit, so stays in place, but can be removed when not required. Also serves to protect the end of your tracks when stored.

Has a cut-out, so that you can still use a clamp (see pictures).

Festool Version - may also work on Evolution and Triton guide rails.

Makita Version available in files that accommodates anti-tilt feature on rail (please let me know if this works, not fully tested yet).

Print Notes

This model is an easy print, using 71.3g of material. I would recommend PETG, although I printed mine from PLA and it's perfectly strong.

• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.20mm
• Infill: 20%
• Orientation: Track slot down (see pictures)
• Supports: None required with correct orientation
• Brim: 5mm Outside Brim (more might be required with smooth bed)
• Top Shell Layers: 4
• Bottom Shell Layers: 4
• Wall Loops: 2
• Variable Layer Height: Increased layers at top of radius, so that it is smoother.
