Print out the parts you need and the corresponding connectors.

There are small, medium and large connectors for the different module heights.
 

All models are in the recommended printing orientation.

 

I have included a test file. Use these models to check if the tolerances fit your needs.
Scaling the models might help if it does not fit. Or some sanding or a drop of glue...

 

For some models there are hollow versions. You can choose which you prefer.
