超迷你伸缩折叠衣架【筋斗云设计】

我首先想到了衣架，日常能购买的折叠衣架其实已经非常多，不过既然是3D打印比赛，我就一定要利用下3D打印独特的成型方式哈哈，结合之前风靡全球的伸缩剑的原理，所以我设计了一款伸缩折叠衣架，得益于伸缩的特性，可以让衣架的两个肩膀长度大幅度减小，另外在不断的测试中，还加入了左右肩膀的吊带凹陷区域，可以让吊带类衣服有限位相对固定，另外为了提升打印体验，我设计了人工支撑，可以稳定打印出来，并且可以很轻易的移除它们，最后还加入了体验升级预留，可以分别在左右肩膀的伸缩圆形孔添加各一颗D4X2磁铁 + 挂钩的中间D4X2放入两颗（务必注意磁性方向，要都一致，选择N52磁力的磁铁体验更加）

补充：

1.磁铁版本和普通版本模型是同一个，只是磁铁版本体验更加一些，可以些微减少伸缩的松散状态；

2.打印前如同打印伸缩剑一样，最好进行耗材的流量校准，有助于丝滑的一次打印成功；

3.关于人工支撑的去除，主要是尾端的圆弧支撑+限位凹槽的人工支撑，如下图：

【Essential Travel Items】

The first thing that comes to mind is a clothes hanger. There are already many foldable hangers available for purchase, but since this is a 3D printing competition, I definitely want to utilize the unique forming method of 3D printing. Inspired by the globally popular retractable sword concept, I designed a retractable foldable hanger. Thanks to its retractable feature, the length of the two shoulders of the hanger can be significantly reduced. Additionally, through continuous testing, I incorporated recessed areas for the shoulder straps, which help to secure strap-type clothing in place.

To enhance the printing experience, I designed manual supports that stabilize the print and can be easily removed. Finally, I included a feature for an upgraded experience: you can add one D4X2 magnet to each of the retractable circular holes on the left and right shoulders, and two D4X2 magnets in the middle of the hook (be sure to pay attention to the magnetic orientation; they should all be consistent, and choosing N52 magnets will enhance the experience).

【Additional Notes】

1. The magnet version and the regular version of the model are the same; the magnet version offers a slightly improved experience by reducing the looseness of the telescopic feature.

2. Before printing, just like with the telescopic sword, it’s best to calibrate the material flow. This helps ensure a smooth and successful print on the first try.

3. Regarding the removal of manual supports, it mainly involves the circular arc support at the tail end and the recessed support for limiting, as shown in the image below:
