Utility Knife Blade Box with Sliding Lid V2

Version 2 of my blade box for holding 10 utility knife blades.

This version contains the following improvements:

• Increased the size a little to allow for slightly larger blades and printer variations.
• Removed the push bar as that is not needed with the text on the lid.
• Included multiple plates in the print profile:
  • Box and Lid - for a single-color print
  • Box Only
  • Lid Only - allows for a pause and filament change for a using a different color for the text
