Slim and simple JAYO Spool Adapter for AMS Lite

I didn't like the existing AMS Lite Adapters für JAYO spools. Some of them need additional glue or tape. I prefer a tight fit for my Adapters and usually i print the adapters with the same material the spool has so you can see how the filament looks like when it's already printed.

 

This adapters for AMS Lite and the JAYO Spools fits tight in the center of the spool, so no additional glue or tape is needed. Also you need only one Part per Spool and it's not too tight to take it out again.

 

When inserting the adapter, make sure that the beginning of the filament roll can stick out inside the spool. That's what the recesses are for.

 

Four of the Adapters fit on a printbed (with the exception of the a1 mini).

 

Update 11/13/2024: the Adapter sits a bit loose (or looser than i expected) in my newer JAYO filament rolls, so i uploaded a slightly tighter version that's less lightly to slip out while changing filament rolls.
