Description

此装置用来辅助没有AMS的拓竹A1打印机连接最多4组耗材。整个耗材通路基本密封。不需要使用额外配件,供料管直接插入进料机构的孔里即可。

This device assists the Bambu Lab A1 printer without AMS, in connecting up to four filaments. The entire filament pathway is essentially sealed. No additional accessories are required; simply insert the feed tube directly into the hole of the feeding mechanism.

每个进料单元如图由4个部件按顺序组装完成。一共有4个进料单元。

Each feeding unit, as shown, consists of four parts assembled in sequence. There are four feeding units in total.

4个进料单元放入底座支架中。两边的进料单元先从中间放入,然后滑入两侧。

Place the four feeding units into the base bracket. Start by positioning the side units in the middle and then slide them to each side.

安装支架和卡扣。支架卡扣的设计比较紧,安装的时候请注意。下方的卡扣是一体打印成型的,打印的时候注意打开热床调平和流量校准,以确保打印成功。

Install the bracket and clips. The clips are designed to be tight, so please handle them carefully during installation. The lower clip is printed as a single piece, so ensure that bed leveling and flow calibration are properly set during printing to ensure success.

支架有两种安装方式,请按照自己需要选择。

The bracket offers two installation options; choose the one that best suits your needs.

齿轮可以考虑使用中途暂停打印的方式,将图中白色耗材咬合轮部分使用TPU材料打印,灰色部分仍使用PLA打印。使用效果会好一些。

For the gears, you may consider using the "pause-and-resume" function to print the white gripping wheel section in the image using TPU material, while the gray parts still be printed with PLA for better performance.

转动驱动轮即可加载或是退出耗材。

Rotate the drive wheel to load or unload the filament.
