A1 back spool holder + filament guide (LEFT v2)

Thanks very much @Robin and all others, I've modified his holder remix to mount on the left side (which isn't a simple mirroring since the threads wouldn't fit).

This v2 doesn't bend down, it goes straight back so there's no obstruction in the build area (when printing larger models you don't risk a collision).

As the model this is remixed from this still uses parts from the original Bambu A1 Spool Holder.

Use the spool bar and the angled filament PTFE guide (there's a hex screw inside the ball head).

Replying to @smashd :

they did change the spool holder so it is one part and it is not reusable in the holder anymore. I now see I should have written my previous comment better - it is compatible with A1, but not compatible with bundled spool holder.
