Gridfinity 1x4 Bin for DSPIAE ES-P Sander Pen

This custom 1x4 Gridfinity bin is designed to neatly store the DSPIAE ES-P rotary sander/grinder, along with its charging cord and a selection of sanding heads. The bin has a 5U height (with lip) and is perfect for organizing within the shorter drawers of a Harbor Freight US General tool chest, which can accommodate up to 9U in height.

To maximize space and keep the charging cord secure, the bin features an overhang where the cord can nest beneath the sander itself. I designed this section to ensure easy storage and accessibility. Tree supports were used for this section, and I was able to remove them using a hook pick for a clean finish.

This bin is ideal for hobbyists and model makers looking to keep their tools organized and within reach. The DSPIAE ES-P rotary sander is a great little tool for precision work, and this storage solution helps maintain order in your workspace.
