2-to-1 Train Track

This is a model compatible with and designed after the piece Y-6-MMM from Thomas & Friends Clackity Track that came with the Knapford Station play set. I tested it with both Knapford Station and Brendam Docks.

This track piece turns the double exits on either play set into a single track, or could be done to split a single exit or passage into two after it leaves the play set. All the connection points are male, just like the original piece. I have also made a version where the single side is a female connector, allowing for more loops to be built back to the playset without a FF or MM coupler.

I made this because Knapford only came with two pieces and we'd like to use all four lanes in our train track builds, realizing it worked with Brendam Docks as well was a happy accident. I made more standard style connection pieces than the plastic ones on the original piece which I think are better for connecting to other tracks if they aren't used with the play sets. 

Printed with supports, I found I could not get a satisfactory result with my printers bridging ability, but your mileage may vary.
