Zwifttisch - Biketrainer Table

Update: Jetzt gibt eine kleine Tischplattenversion die auf 250er Druckbetten passt :)

Hier meine Version eines Bestelltisches für Fahrradtrainer oder Smarttrainer wie zum Beispiel von Wahoo. Der Tisch ist 98 cm hoch, so dass das Vorderrad des Fahrrades dazwischen passt und so der Bildschirm nah am Lenker ist.

Ich hab die Oberfläche so große gewählt, das mein Macbook Air gut drauf passt. Durch die Wahl längerer Beine (Durchmesser 30 mm) kann der Tisch auch verändert werden.

Zusätzlich habe eine Halterung für das Handy konstruiert. Diese wird mit einer 3D-Druckschraube am Bein fixiert. Ebenso habe ich eine Getränkehalterung ersonnen, diese aber noch nicht getestet.

Die Füße und die Sechsecke auf der Tischoberfläche sind aus TPU, damit die Haftung verbessert wird. Die Sechsecke werden einfach in den Tisch eingeklebt.

Die Tischplatte wird mittels dreier Schrauben (M6x30 Innensechskantschraube + Muttern) am Beinhalter befestigt.

Here is my version of an order table for bike trainers or smart trainers such as from Wahoo. The table is 98 cm high so that the front wheel of the bike fits in between and the screen is close to the handlebars.

I chose a surface that is large enough to fit my Macbook Air. By choosing longer legs (diameter 30 mm), the table can also be modified.

I also designed a holder for the mobile phone. This is fixed to the leg with a 3D printing screw. I have also devised a drink holder, but have not yet tested it.

The feet and the hexagons on the table surface are made of TPU to improve adhesion. The hexagons are simply glued into the table.

The table top is attached to the leg holder by means of three screws (M6x30 hexagon socket screw + nuts).
