Description
This enclosure allows a small hygrometer module to be powered by an AAA battery. These inexpensive hygrometer modules are widely available, but they are usually powered by 2 small button batteries that are prone to leakage and cannot be recharged. Using an rechargeable AAA battery solves both problems.
Required Non-Printed Materials
Assembly. Remove the button batteries from the hygrometer module. Solder the AAA battery holder’s leads to the button battery terminals, being careful to observe proper polarity. The button battery terminals are wired in parallel, so you can solder to either of the two sets of battery terminals.
File options. A STL file is included for those using other printer brands. In your slicer software, split the STL file into separate objects before printing.
