LM2577 DC step-up with LED display 35x66mm

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2154260 snug fit for 35x66mm boards. Mount the PCB with m3x4 screws. The outer screw mounts have been moved to the corners to leave the screw connectors easily accessible.
