4L Cereal Dry Box

After so many research i decided to go ahead with this project because i don't want to make holes or permantent mods on my cerearl boxes, not for the cost itself, but thinking that everything can be improved and modify in the future.

I re design everything changing a little bit everywhere i thought it can be improved. I adjusted the thickness in some area and the total lenght. The main difference is the SilicaGel container with the sliding lid. This one can be still improved, but it work and looks good.

The volume of Silica Gel is around 56,5 cm3, it means more or less 19g of beads, almost 5 times more than needed ( 1gram per 1 litre ).

The PC4-M10 connector adapter is a very simple part you can find in many project, there's not so much to say about it.

I used 4 M3x10mm screws and inserts to fix the two arms and 2 skateboard bearings 608ZZ 22x7mm with 8mm inner diameter.

The next improvements planned are on the spool holder, stay tuned..!

IMPORTANT : i deleted the files for the spool holder after some print test, the thread must be fixed, it's too tight.

04/11/2024 UPDATED all files, the spool wasn't in the center of the container and it was a problem with some brands ho have a bigger diameter. Now the silica gel container is a little bigger.
