Description
We all need infill in our prints, else they're flimsy and tend to implode. I've had several one-wall/infill-less prints, and they were so wavy that they looked like they just came out of an oven. Infill is undoubtedly essential to the structural integrity of our prints, but it tends to take up two-thirds of the print time. There are plenty of solutions: Reducing it and thickening the walls, using a thicker nozzle, or reducing the walls and increasing the infill, but all of these are still inefficient. I've put in a simple solution: Just making the infill faster. This preset sends the print head flying across your build at 1000mm/s, ensuring that no time is wasted when reinforcing your build. I made the infill pattern aligned rectilinear to demonstrate the fastest possible combination, but this preset works with all others (While gyroid infill is among the best, the curves cause time to be lost in accelerating and decelerating constantly as the print head moves). Enjoy!
