Holy Moonlight Sword - Dummy 13 Transforming Sword

The Holy Moonlight Sword trick weapon from Bloodborne, scaled to be a Dummy 13 weapon. The outer blade slides over the inner blade, allowing the weapon to “transform”. Printable without AMS.

An arcane sword discovered long ago by Ludwig. When blue moonlight dances around the sword, and it channels the abyssal cosmos, its great blade will hurl a shadowy lightwave. The Holy Moonlight Sword is synonymous with Ludwig, the Holy Blade, but few have ever set eyes on the great blade, and whatever guidance it has to offer, it seems to be of a very private, elusive sort.

Plate 1: Untransformed “Claymore” sword

• Orientation: Print lying flat.

Plate 2: Moonlight outer blade

• Orientation: Print standing up.
• Settings: 1 wall and 0 top/bottom layers for the most clarity with glow-in-the-dark or transparent filaments. Classic wall generator.
• Add a modifier to the bottom of the model for 100% infill or 100% walls on the first 1-2mm of the outer blade to provide extra strength
• Assemble by inserting the outer blade over the inner blade.
• I recommend printing the blade in transparent PETG or a glow-in-the-dark PLA.

Prints without supports. 0.15mm layer height.
