KlackEnder-Probe for Biqu B1

A modified version of the KlackEnder-Probe specifically designed for the Biqu B1 3D printer. This remix maintains all the reliability of the original design while adding perfect compatibility with the Biqu B1.

📦 WHAT YOU NEED

Required Hardware:
• Printed parts (included in STL files)
• Hardware components (BOM: https://kevinakasam.com/klack-bom/)
• Biqu B1 printer running Klipper

Required Software:
• Klipper firmware
• Demon_Klipper_Essentials_Unified
• KlackB1-Probe Macros

🛠️ INSTALLATION GUIDE

Hardware Assembly:
1. Print all required parts using included STL files
2. Follow assembly guides:
  - Probe Mount Assembly
  - Probe Retainer Assembly
  - Probe Dock Assembly

Software Setup:

1. Demon Klipper Essential Unified Setup:
  - Install from: https://github.com/3DPrintDemon/Demon_Klipper_Essentials_Unified/tree/main
  - Pay special attention to the Klicky Probe setup section
  - Create KlackB1 directory in config folder
  - Copy macros from: https://github.com/Trei-D/KlackB1-Probe-Macros
  - Add to printer.cfg: [include KlackB1/klicky-probe.cfg]

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
• Remove stock Z-endstop if using probe as Z-endstop
• Test probe attachment at low speeds initially
• Backup your configuration files
• Rotate X-axis screw if it interferes with the metal plate

🔍 VERIFICATION STEPS
1. Check all connections
2. Test probe attachment/detachment
3. Run probe accuracy test
4. Create and verify bed mesh
