Description
Create custom servo horns – chose the number of arms, the length of the arm, the number of holes and more.
The default values for the servo spline are for Futuba 3F splines. They will fit onto any Futuba 3F compatible servo. If you need horns for different servos, you can adjust the servo spline parameters accordingly. The table below shows values for some other servo models contributed by Maker World users.
Print the servo horns sideways on the print bed to increase resolution of the teeth. The examples are printed in PLA with 100% infill, 0.08mm layer height and a 4mm nozzle on an X1C.
These horns are useful for prototyping and for small loads. Any significant loads will quickly wear down the teeth. Use metal servo horns for that.

User @eappelboom tested PETG horns on AliExpress MG90S (TP marking on base), and got the best results with spline external diameter of 4.6 instead of 4.8.

2024-11-13: Added STL files for more standard sizes and a 3MF file combining them all for an easy print. Just select the plate with the right number of arms, and skip any horns you don't want to have printed.
