Tripod Duplexer - Double Tripod Adapter

This is the Tripod Duplexer! It allows 2 devices to mount to a single tripod.

This device came from the need to have my ring light and camera mounted to a single tripod, and has adapted over time to accommodate microphones and other content creation combinations!

designed to fit tripod heads with a 1/4x20 thread (the most common).

Simply print, install the 2 printed thumb screws in the outer holes of the Duplexer plate, and install the plate on your tripod head!

Profiles provided for single color single plate, and dual color 2 plate

The 3d printed threads, using the provided print profiles, work great on my P1S and A1 Mini without modification. Depending on how well your printer is tuned, you may want to chase the internal threads with the screw from your tripod, to clean up any print artifacts.

Please leave a comment if you can! I'm happy to make size adjustments to suit different configurations, but have found this length prevents instability on smaller tripods.
