X1C AND P1S/P1P Hang on side tool holder V2

It was brought to my attention that the first hang on side plier/cutter holder was incompatible with the P1S/P1P as the gap on the clip was too small.

This version DOES now fit the P1S and P1P.

This is a simple and fast print under 40min
