Angled Hose Adapter/Dust Deflector For Triton TTS1400 Track Saw/Plunge Saw

This is an angled hose adapter designed to work specifically with the Triton TTS1400 track saw/plunge saw.

The angle allows the extractor hose to be attached perpendicular to the saw. This keeps the hose out of the way and prevent it from snagging or being caught on the corner of the track/rail which is often the case and can ruin the cut.

This is also very useful if you use your saw without an extractor hose fitted as it ejects the dust off to the side/away from you as by default it would spit the dust back at you which isn't ideal.

Once printed it should fit the dust port snug however due to small differences in printer tolerances, it may either require a small sanding if it is too tight or a wrap of tape if it is too loose to achieve the perfect fit. Alternatively it can be glue into place if you want it to be permanent.

This makes managing the dust from the tool much easier both with or without an extractor hose.

This prints relativly quickly, doesnt use a lot of filment and requires minimal supports which can easily be removed. It is best to print it in the orentation I have uploaded for optimal strength.
