Spool Spacers for Bambu Lab Spools

Lightweight and quick printing spool spacers for Bambu Lab spools.

Have you ever went to either transfer filament or install a filament refill onto a Bambu Lab spool only to find that the spool is too wide and now theres a gap between the filament and the spool wall? This can lead to tangles and failed prints.

These spool spacers fit perfectly onto the Bambu Lab reusable spool core and allow you to transfer filaments where the winding is slightly narrower than the spool itself.

The base model itself does not have the honeycomb interior. If you are downloading the STL, you must change these settings in your print profile.

 - 0 top and bottom layers

 - Change “only one wall on top surfaces” to not applied

 - Infill type: Honeycomb. Alternatively, you can use your favorite infill pattern if you would like.

 - Infill %: 10%

 - Wall loops: 8. you can do less but I would not do any less than 4.

Optional settings that help but are not necessary:

 - Sparse infill line width: 0.60mm

 - Reduce infill retraction: disabled

If you are downloading the 3MF or printing straight from the Bambu Handy App, you are good to go. No changes necessary

1mm up to 5mm in 0.5mm increments. Pick the proper size that fits your application.
