Card box slim with shutter door. No glue!

UPDATE 28 July 2025, PLEASE NOTE:

I just printed one of these from the Handy app today, and it seems that the online slicing has somehow changed the quality of the print result. Even though the print profile and model itself are exactly the same as before. 
I will upload a new print profile as soon as I am able to test. 
(I will also work on an updated, improved version of this model which I will upload separately.) 

 

A sturdy but slim card box made specifically for buttonshy print and play games. I designed it to hold hold one full game with some instruction cards and one expansion. I will be adding a larger size later on.

 

minimal assembly required (see pictures):

1: remove brim and support

2: slide in the shutter door

3: push in the peg to lock the door in.

 

internal dimensions:

66mm x 92mm x 10 mm

(So it will easily hold regular playing cards and should even be big enough for pokémon cards with sleeves.)

 

external dimensions:

72mm x 97mm x 15mm
