UPDATE: Â Added AMS 2 Pro Adapter to refill spools.
Â
Are you a filament hoarder or simply running out of space to store it all? Â I know I am. Â Cereal containers are great, but they take up too much space. Â Well, I made the perfect solution to store your precious filament and use less space doing so! Â In my cabinet, I doubled the amount of filament I can store per shelf!
Â
Bambu Refill Boxes store very well, but the current spool designs simply don't fit. Â This spool is designed to fit inside the original refill box that Bambu filament comes in. Â I recommend using Gallon Ziplock bags and silica gel to keep the filament dry.
Â
Features:
Easily see the tab to help line up the filament with the spool.
Built in filament clips. Â No need for extra clips.
Refill Box Window acts as both a window to see your remaining filament but also the actual print color as well.
Under 160g of filament per spool!
Â
AMS Instructions: (No Extra Parts Needed. Â Roller Bracket Required to allow Refill Spools to work in AMS.)
Remove current AMS Roller by lifting straight up.
Attach the 2 Roller Relocation Brackets to the side of the roller.
Place the Relocation Brackets back in the original roller location.
Â
Box Insert Instructions:
Trace the OUTSIDE of the print on the box with a pen/pencil (do not trace the inside, it will not fit right)
Cut out the hole cutting on the inside of the lines you drew
Insert into box
Â
Silica Spool Container Add-On:
Highly recommend the [Community Project] Silica Spool Dry Box as it sits flush inside the spool and refill box.
