The soda cap has a PCO 1881 thread, the standard used by most manufacturers worldwide. It is designed with perfect tolerance, making it usable right from the print—no need for deburring or post-processing.
The wine cap fits bottles with an inner hole radius from 17-21mm (which includes all wine bottles and many other alcoholic drinks) and an outer radius up to 31mm.
No need for AMS, just a simple filament change twice. I’ll explain the process below in the description.
Print Settings:
Caps:
Beard (a bit more delicate to print because of the sharp edges of the beard, so lower speed is needed):
For all users with AMS, I've prepared the print profile which includes two filament changes: one at layer #40 and one at layer #242. You'll need white and red filament.
For Bambu users without AMS, I've prepared a print profile with pre-sliced pauses. Start with white filament to print the bottom part of the cap, when the printer stops, you'll need to change the filament to red and resume printing. When the body print reaches layer #242, the printer will pause again. Change back from red to white filament and resume printing to finish the cap ball.
For those who will slice their own files, here’s how to set up the pauses:
Enjoy!
