Adapter Resmed Airmini mask to standard CPAP mask

I ordered a Resmed AirMini with the AirFit F30 Setup Pack to find out the F30 connector doesn't fit my Resmed F30i mask. Resmed wants you to re-purchase a lot of additional accessories after purchasing the AirMini and only supports certain (AirMini specific) CPAP masks. With this adapter the AirFit F30 Setup Pack and the Resmed F30i mask (or other standard CPAP masks) can be connected. Note: I am not using the AirMini HumidX kits so I've not foreseen any adapter for the HumidX kit.

 

Due to hygiene concerns (you're breathing through this adapter!) I recommend printing this in PETG and not in PLA.

 

I am uploading print profiles for 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles. As I'm currently using the 0.6mm nozzle please let me know whether the 0.4mm profile works out for you (I unfortunately couldn't test it) and I'm happy to change any of the diameters as a final adjustment.

 

As my printer generates little poops when printing PETG and pausing for a second or two the print profiles come with a skirt that should take care of the poop.

 

I've added print profiles for 0.6 and 0.4mm nozzles. As I am currently using a 0.6mm nozzle I wasn't really able to test the 0.4mm profile - with the 0.6mm nozzle it works very well. Tolerances are tight but not too tight.
