Description
This is a mold for recycling 3D printing waste (PLA) to create a simple Christmas tree. It can recycle 21g of PLA at a time. It is recommended to print the mold using PETG-CF. (If you have experience with ASA and ABS printing, they are also excellent materials for making the mold, with minimal thermal deformation during use.)
Pour the molten plastic into the mold and insert the piston. Apply firm pressure (or step on the piston) for about 20 seconds, then let it rest for 1 minute. Apply pressure again for 20 seconds to prevent defects caused by material shrinkage.

需要的工具: 烤箱,3M防毒面罩,硅胶烤盘,G型夹(2个),M3 螺丝(1个,作为脱模顶针),平起子,锤子。
制作流程:
1,把21克PLA,放入烤箱,210℃加热约10分钟。
2,把模具用G型夹锁紧。
3,把熔化的塑料放入模具,插入活塞。用力按压或踩下活塞约20秒,静置约1分钟,用力按压或踩下活塞约20秒。(两次施加压力可以避免因材料收缩产生的缺陷)
4,约5分钟后,用平起子打开模具,并用M3螺丝作为顶针脱模。
5,去除毛边,用砂纸打磨
