Spiral Christmas tree ball ornament | Vase Mode

In addition to my earlier created beautiful and festive Christmas tree decoration, I created these spiraled versions with 5 ridges. It can be easily printed in Vase Mode, with only a few grams of filament. It looks stunning in almost every thinkable filament. You can use a standard Christmas ball hook (12mm hole), or print your own (cap with hook also included in the print profiles). It will really give your Christmas tree that special something. Be careful when taking it off the build plate. I always use the Bambu scraper to make sure it doesn't break at the wrong place. Vase mode can be a bit fragile.

 

There are two versions:

• One has a stronger spiral (180 degrees)
• The other one has a less stronger spiral (only 120 degrees)

 

Use some glue to attach the printed cap with hook to the ornament. Update: I added a press fit cap as well. But it's not a guaranteed fit and the glue on version would be my preferred option.
