Super Mario RPG Mallow Poseable Nendoroid Style Figure

Description

Everyone's favourite frog/nimbus, Mallow from the video game Super Mario RPG from 1996 and remade in 2003 for the Nintendo Switch.

This 5 piece print is a fully pose able figure in similarity to a Nendoroid. If you want to to scale exactly to your average Nendoroid scale down to 500% but I recommend printing at 600% (default scale). I have uploaded a print profile with painting for the X1C and a non painted version for the P1P or for those who manually paint there prints.

Considerations

Print Scarring: Due to this being a rounded character there is going to be a lot of print scarring. Using clever angles and optimal support painting I have made most scaring to appear invisible once the print is assembled. You can further reduce scarring by sanding and if painting using a filler. If you wanna be creative you can export the STL's and try it in resin if you desire.

Colour Bleed: Due to mallow being a light colour I highly recommend increasing the flushing volume when printing the head to avoid bleed. (you can see it in my photos). Or remove the filament painting from the eyes and just paint the eyes manually with paint or a permanent marker and some whiteout.

EDIT: Using Bambus Auto-Calc for flushing volumes seems to be good enough. This varies by filament brand/printer.

Recommended tools.

Pliers: For support removal though most of the supports can be removed by hand.
