Oval End Cap Maj OD 80mm Min OD 40mm

Replacement for the endcap of metal oval tube with a 2mm thickness, a major outer diameter of 80mm, and a minor outer diameter of 40mm.

I ended up having to scale my print to 101% to get an acceptable fit. My 100% model would slide in/out without any force. At 101% it snapped in and required mild prying to release. The model is exact but in reality my prints are usually close. Depending on your setup you might consider starting a little larger as you can always trim down parts a bit.

I believe it could be scaled to fit many different dimensions.
