Schranseile für Adria Twin Supreme SGX

Hallo,

hier eine meine Creationen als Rausfallsicherung für die Kleidung in einem Adria Twin Supreme SGX. Die hinteren schränke sind nicht so tief, da ist man gezwungen die Kleidung zu rollen und damit es nicht rausfällt sind diese Seile mit Querspangen sehr hilfreich. Zu den Druckteilen werden 8 Holzschrauben 3,5x15mm benötigt und ca 7 Meter Spannseil 6mm. Ich habe es bei Amazon erstanden. Außerdem wird ein Holzbohrer ca. 7/8 mm gebraucht und ein 2,5mm Bohrer zum Vorbohren. Eine Bohrschablone ist auch dabei.

Montage:

1. Bohrschablone an der äußeren Schrankwand hinten platzieren und mit 2,5mm die beiden Montagelöcher ca. 10 mm vorbohren. Die Seilhalter mit einen Schraubendreher festschrauben, dabei gefühlvoll festziehen. Die Prozedur auf der anderen Seite und in den vorderen Schränken wiederholen
2. Bohrschablone an der mittleren Schrankwange platzieren und mit 2,5 mm durchbohren. Danach mit 7, oder 8mm Bohrer zu Hälfte von einen Seite, und Rest von der anderen Seite vorsichtig durchbohren, evt. Opferholz am Bohreraustritt hinterlegen um Ausriss zu vermeiden. Auf Wunsch die Bohrungen etwas ansenken. Prozedur an weiteren 3 Wangen wiederholen.
3. Seil auf ca 1,7 Meter kürzen Enden mit Feuerzeug versiegeln. Eine Seite Verknoten, dabei Reststück so kurz wie möglich halten. Knoten in den Halter an einer Seite drücken, durch die Wangen durchfädeln. Andere Seite verknoten und in den Halter drucken. Bei zu wenig Spannung evtl. kürzer verknoten. Weitere drei Seilen genau so anbringen
4. Spangen auf die Seile stecken, fertig. Bei uns haben sich drei davon pro fach bewährt

Here are some of my creations for preventing clothes from falling out in an Adria Twin Supreme SGX. The rear cabinets are not very deep, so you're forced to roll the clothes, and to prevent them from falling out, these ropes with cross clips are very helpful. For the printed parts, you will need 8 wood screws 3.5x15mm and about 7 meters of 6mm tension rope. I purchased it on Amazon. Additionally, you’ll need a wood drill bit around 7/8mm and a 2.5mm drill bit for pre-drilling. A drilling template is also included.

Assembly:

1. Place the drilling template on the outer back wall of the cabinet and pre-drill the two mounting holes with a 2.5mm drill bit about 10mm deep.
2. Attach the rope holders with a screwdriver, tightening gently but firmly.
3. Repeat the process on the other side and in the front cabinets.
4. Place the drilling template on the middle cabinet sidewall and drill through with a 2.5mm bit. Then, carefully drill halfway through from one side with a 7 or 8mm drill bit, and finish from the other side to avoid splintering. You may want to place scrap wood behind the drill exit to prevent damage. If desired, you can countersink the holes slightly. Repeat the process for the other 3 sidewalls.
5. Cut the rope to about 1.7 meters and seal the ends with a lighter. Tie a knot at one end, keeping the rest of the rope as short as possible. Press the knot into the holder on one side and thread it through the sidewalls. Tie a knot at the other end and press it into the holder. If the tension is too loose, you may need to shorten the knot. Install three more ropes in the same manner.
6. Slide the clips onto the ropes, and you're done. In our experience, three clips per compartment work well.
