Sanding Block (3.6" x 3" Sandpaper)

Overview

The sanding block holds 3.6" by 3" [91 x 76 mm] sandpaper which can be cut from common sheet sizes such as 3x 3.6" by 9". The block has a 90-degree corner and a 0.5" radius for sanding different edges. This sanding block is designed to only use printed parts.

Materials such as PLA or PETG are suitable.

Assembly

Materials

• Bottom
• Bottom Thread
• Handle
• Handle Lock
• 3.6" by 3" [91 x 76 mm] sandpaper sheet

Instructions

1. Slide the Bottom Thread part into the Bottom. Optionally, add super glue to fix it permanently.

2. Wrap sandpaper around the bottom assembly.

3. Install the handle over the assembly and move the sandpaper to clamp tightly.

4. Lastly, thread on the Handle Lock to clamp down the sandpaper.

5. Ready to start sanding!
