Description
This is an enclosure for my project of WiFi-enabled ESP32 weather station that displays indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, as well as outdoor air quality (PM2.5 and PM10) and pressure. The ESP32 fetches outdoor data from a local air quality station and displays it on an OLED screen. The device also supports OTA (Over-The-Air) updates, making it easy to deploy updates without requiring a physical connection.

I highly recommend downloading the 3mf file from the additional files for OrcaSlicer for better print!
Â
BEFORE FULL PRINTING, I recommend printing a small section first to check the fit of screws, ESP, etc. Your printer may have different accuracy. To do this, you can cut out a piece of the model, for example, by adding negative parts to the object.
Â
All parts used for the project can be purchased cheaply on AliExpress, list below:
ESP32 - screw it using 2 screws
OLED SSD1306 - slide it in from side
Splitter wire 1 to 2 - can be useful for splitting 3.3V to several devices
50pcs M2, 10mm - you will need 2 for ESP and 4 for enclosure
Button - (White-Ring Light, 16mm Silver (3-6V), Power on (60cm))
+ male-to-male, male-to-female, female-to-female cables
Â
Feel free to use this project for your other project. I tried to prepare the blender file so that it is easy for potential modifications.
