Parametric Cup Holder Adapter with text

Fully customizable car cup holder expander! Fit any large water bottle, mug, Stanley Cup, YETI, into any car cupholder. Simply use the Customizer to input the desired heights, diameters, and customization options like cutouts for a mug handle, or added text!

Directions:
1. Measure or estimate your car cupholder diameter and depth in mm. These will be your bottom outer diameter, and bottom height

2. Measure the diameter of your desired large cup/mug/bottle. This will be your top inner diameter

3. Decide on a top height in mm, and a height for the transition area. Play around in the customizer to get whatever look you like! Remember the total height will be the bottom height + transition height + top height in mm

3. Input values and customize, add your name or text if you like! Make sure to leave 1-2mm for tolerances so the fit is not too tight

  a. Note: For text, it is not simple to wrap text around a cylinder in OpenSCAD. The method I used will look best if your text is all upper case or all lower case
4. Print in whatever material you like, but maybe something heat resistant like ABS if your climate requires it.
