This is a spacer that will allow a roll of filament to fit into a Nesco Dehydrator. It should fit the following Nesco models: FD-61, FD-61WHC, FD-75A and FD-75PR. This may fit other 13.5" trays as well. Print 4 walls to make one layer.

 

Other versions for the Nesco Dehydrator has a button to hold the walls together. I designed this to snap together so assembly is super easy.

 

Print with tree supports as using normal supports is a PITA to remove afterwards.

 

I recommend printing in PETG.
