P1S Filament Waste Bin

This is a remix of the excellent poop chute by ‘mickmalik’.

My new remix uses uses two much stronger magnets. The chute can be positioned to catch any filament waste leaving the printer filament waste chute.

 

Designed for seamless integration with the Bambu Lab PS1, P1P, and X1 3D printers, this solution offers a space-saving approach to managing waste or filament remnants.

 

The magnets employed are:

• Q-25-06-02-SN: A block magnet measuring 25 x 6 x 2 mm, featuring heat resistance and a holding capacity of approximately 1.7 kg, sourced from Supermagnete.

However, any sturdy magnet matching these dimensions can be used effectively.

 

Please disregard the sanding marks visible in the attached images—they resulted from an excess of Gorilla Glue that proved difficult to remove. A small mishap on my part!
