Sauron Cosplay Armor - Full release

We are done! The Profil is fully released and everything (except the Refrence plate) is fully Printable! Check out the Alternative Shoulder Armor (seen in the Pictures). I highly recommend to use it, instead of the shoulder Armor in the print Profile.

First of all thanks to @arifsethi for providing the Raw Modells. But I have to say these .stls have been HEAVILY modified by us. Big Thanks to @FLO! In their Raw state they were barely printable and had to be redesigned from the base up. A lot of work went into this.

Disclaimer: Some files couldnt be perfectly fixed so there might be some “weird” walls or something similar that can be easily removed after print. Our focus was on making the Visual Parts of the Armor clean. Some Parts have Stringing on the inside, since I opted to have some stringing rather than a lot of unneeded supports, since its not visable at the end anyway. If you prefer more Supports or similar, feel free to modify the print Profile. 

RESIZING IS NEEDED. I am 110kg and 190cm. Please take some Meassurments on your own body and use the Measurement tool in the Bambu Studio to get the correct Size of the Parts. (I used https://makerworld.com/de/models/393732#profileId-294878 ) There is no Universal Size for all Armor parts. Once you figured out the Sizing, you are ready to print. This is sadly a step, that cant be left out. 

The Profile called “Reference” ist NOT FOR PRINTING. This includes all of @arifsethi unmodified parts of the Armor as reference to see how to assemble the Armor and where to take Meassurements! There are a lot more Armor parts in the Refernce. I only took the parts that I  needed for the Cosplay. Many of those Parts are not needed or not usable. (For example, since the Cosplay requires a Cape I didnt print any back Armor parts. 

Assembly:
99% have been assembled with Velcro Strips and a Gluegun. Check the Pictures to see some references. 

I havent tried everything on all at once, but I will post a pictures when the Cosplay is finished
