Circle cutting jig for Milwaukee Trim Router. This is my own design although inspired by many similar jigs for other manufacturers.

 

Minimum radius 70 mm

Maximum Radius 280 mm

 

I encourage you to play around with infill and wall loop settings. I printed the body with PLA (the only red filament I had available) and wanted it really rigid. I printed the dovetail insert in ABS and it fits really snuggly. ABS shrinks so take it into account if you're using a different material.

 

You will also need a M10 hex bolt and nut (ground to half thickness).

For knob I used this design and I found it to be excellent.
