Box corner - Make box of any size

Make a box of any size with the box corner

Just using cardboard of 1mm thick and 8g of filament

Perfect for packaging for small business

Or storage at home

 

 

Instruction:

1. Cut 6 sides of a box of any dimension you want, just using the desired clear dimension, no need to consider the material thickness (for example, if you want a box with a clear dimension of 4cmx5cmx6cm, just cut 2 pieces of 4cmx5cm, 2 pieces of 5cm x 6cm, 2 pieces of 6cm x 4cm)
2. Cut the 4 corners of the 6 pieces of cardboard using the corner-cutting guide
3. Just insert the cardboard into the box corners then you are done
4. Feel free to add some glue if you want some extra strength
5. This set of box corners is made for cardboard of 1mm thick, if you want it for any material thicker or thinner, just scale everything (including the corner cutting guide)
6. Just print 2 more ‘box corner 2’ file if you want it without a lid
7. The hinge is not for heavy use
