Assembly Guide:
Step 1: Attach the Thruster Piece to the Main Body
- Align the Thruster Piece:
- Position the thruster piece (with the blue section) at the rear of the main body, ensuring the edges line up correctly.
- Fit the Tabs:
- Insert the tabs on the thruster piece into the corresponding slots on the main body.
- Press Firmly:
- Press the thruster piece firmly until it snaps into place and is securely attached.
Step 2: Attach the Bottom Main Body and Insert the Floating Plug
- Attach the Bottom Main Body:
- Align the three pins on the bottom main body with the corresponding holes in the middle main body.
- Press the bottom piece firmly until the pins snap securely into place.
- Insert the Floating Plug:
- Place the floating plug into the center opening.
- Ensure the orange LEDs are facing the front of the model, as shown in the image.
Step 3: Attach the Upper Main Body and Install the Cannon
- Attach the Upper Main Body:
- Align the upper main body with the three pins on the lower assembly.
- Press firmly until the pins snap securely into place, ensuring a snug fit.
- Install the Cannon:
- Position the cannon on top of the circular mounting point.
- Press it into place as shown in the image, making sure it is correctly aligned and securely attached.
Step 4: Attach the Cockpit
- Assemble the Cockpit:
- Insert the pin between the upper and lower cockpit sections to connect them securely.
- Insert the Front Pin:
- Place the front pin into the slot at the front of the main body where the cockpit will attach.
- Attach the Cockpit:
- Align the assembled cockpit with the pins on the main body.
- Press the cockpit firmly into place until it clicks securely.
Step 5: Attach the Side Panels
- Align the Side Panels:
- Take one side panel and align the pins on the side panel with the slots on the main body as shown in the image.
- Insert the Pins:
- Carefully insert the pins into the slots until the panel is securely in place.
- Repeat for the Other Side:
- Attach the second side panel in the same way, ensuring both sides are aligned and snapped in securely.
Step 6: Attach the Radar Dish
- Align the Radar Dish Assembly:
- Position the radar dish and its mount above the designated slot on the main body, as shown in the image.
- Insert and Secure:
- Insert the radar dish mount into the slot.
- Press firmly until it clicks securely into place.
Step 7: Assemble the Base
- Remove the Original Printed Cover
- Take off the original cover from the base of the magnetic levitation unit.
- Insert the MagLev Base
- Place the MagLev base into the new 3D-printed round base. Ensure the levitation mechanism is centered.
- Align the Pins
- Align the pins from the printed base with the holes in the MagLev base.
- Secure the Power Socket
- Position the power socket within its slot on the new base.
- Use the provided nut to securely fasten the socket in place.
- Glue the Light Sensor
- Add a small amount of glue to fix the light sensor in its designated position. Avoid using excess glue to ensure the sensor remains functional.
- Close the Lid
- Attach the lid to the base and press down gently until it clicks into place. Ensure the alignment is correct for a snug fit.
