Decorative Christmas Train Coasters and Baubles

Set of 4 unique decorative train coasters and baubles. Can be printed individually, all four with copper border at once, and an option for white border instead of copper. Or you can print a particular one and clone up to four! Makes a great gift to the dads and grandads that love locomotives. And the moms that like trains too!

 

To better protect and add some visual appeal, try using a 2 part epoxy. Follow the instructions of the epoxy and use a heat gun carefully to get bubbles out while not warping the print. Looks very nice when done right!

 

Total of 7 (will add Copper Bauble upon request) print profiles. See the picture next to the profile for the one you want to print.

Scale up or down on X/Y axis only. DO NOT adjust Z height!

 

If you get “floating regions” warning, that can safely be ignored and does not required supports.

 

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

The Model is 102x102mm in size
You may print at higher layer heights below the Min Depth of 0.48mm
Actual Depth is 2mm for center, and 3.04 with border.

PLA BambuLab Basic Black Transmission Distance: 0.6
PLA BambuLab Basic Blue Gray Transmission Distance: 3
PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White Transmission Distance: 5

PLA Inland Silk Copper Transmission Distance 1
This print uses 3 unique filaments

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Blue Gray
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Jade White

At layer #25 (2.08mm) swap to copper for the rest.
