Description

M6 terminal stud for your 12V / 24V (or any extra low voltage) needs.

 

This required a standard M6 stainless bolt with a 10mm AF (across flats) measurement of the hex head.

 

The tall cap suits bolts of up to 30mm long, and the short cap can suit bolts up to 16mm long.

The caps simply press over the main body and are free to rotate, the cap is fairly firm to get on and off, I have printed in PLA & ABS and I have put them on and off many times with no issue. It is easiest way to put it on is if you put the opening side in place first then push the rest over. The reverse is true for taking them off.

I have included a 7mm spacer if you would like to raise the lugs, scale the Z axis as required.

There is a little hex plug that can be pushed into the bolt head recess on the bottom to hold it in place, and provide insulation.

The holes for the mounting screws are 5mm diameter.
